How long does delivery take?

Two to four working days for most cities in Pakistan. Karachi and Lahore are usually quicker. You get a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, cash on delivery is available nationwide. Choose it at checkout and pay the courier when your parcel arrives.

What if the size is wrong?

Message us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and we will arrange an exchange. The shoes need to be unworn and in their box.

How do I know which size to order?

Use the size guide on the product page — it maps UK to EU sizes and gives a foot length in centimetres. If you are between sizes, go up.
